Today is my first day on Steemit!
My name is Alfiya. I am from Kazan, Russia, but I spend most of the time travelling following my interests in #art contactimprovisation and dancetherapy.
So at the very moment I am in Romania on a poetical movement lab "Solipsis". And this is a photo for you from there.
I never made a blog or whatever but in #Steemit I would like to start creating some useful content as I have an inspiration to do this and I studied many technics for gaining support from your innerself, about grounding, creativity through the body and movement. I am a psychologist by profession.
Before I had a possibility to share and discuss it only offline but now travelling a lot I have no more chance to do it as I move all of the time.
So I hope here I can answer your questions and be leaded by it and your interest and share a lot.
Sorry, I need to finish this post as we are moving with our team to Bucharest from the place where we've been rehearsing our performance for 2 week on a lake Colibita - it was awesome. I'll tell you later about this.
