This post is about a color: RED
I met Marika on a cold cold november day.
We planned this shoot months before and I specifically bought the Polaroid Back for my Large format camera to create this kind of nude/erotic images with her.
When I arrived at her house I suddenly realized that we were about to make some pretty great photography, because everything was just outrageously RED!
And as you may have noticed i fucking love RED!
She had red hairs as well as red nail polish, the bed had red sheets, even the walls were red and i knew for a fact that the Fuji FP-100 film I had loaded in my bag gives the most beautiful red you can see on instant film anywhere anytime!
Now this film is gone, no longer made. Screw you FUJI!
I still have 20 packs of it and I treasure them like it's gold.
Anyway, I used two strobes, a 150mm lens (which is like a 50mm eq on large format) and the whole set took us about one hour, but it was so worth it!
Totally doing this again, maybe with blue or yellow.
