Hola amigos de Hive, ¿Cómo están? Espero que estén todos muy bien. Yo por aquí disfrutando de unos días de playa para empezar el año, y como les comenté en mi post anterior, este año recibimos el año nuevo en la playa, específicamente en el club Tanaguarenas. Ya es tradición que todos los primeros días del año en el club se prepare una sopa a leña, y este año no fue la excepción. Gracias a Dios tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en la famosa sopa que tanto esperan los socios y visitantes.
Es una sopa a leña que tiene de todo: carne, pollo y una gran variedad de verduras frescas que le dan un sabor único. En verdad estaba demasiado buena, bien cargada y con ese toque especial que solo la leña puede darle. La servían en un pote chino grande acompañado de su respectiva porción de casabe y una cuchara, para que nadie se quedara sin disfrutarla.
Aunque la cola era larguísima, valía totalmente la pena. La gente esperaba con paciencia y alegría, porque ya saben que esa sopa es parte de la bienvenida al nuevo año. Es bonito ver cómo todos se reúnen alrededor de esta tradición, compartiendo risas, conversaciones y ese ambiente playero que hace que todo sea más especial.
Para mí fue una experiencia increíble, porque más allá de la sopa, lo que se siente es unión, y que a pesar de todos los problemas la gente sigue con la intención de compartir y disfrutar buenos momentos. Sin duda, una tradición que espero seguir disfrutando cada año. pero cuéntenme que tal llevan esos primeros dias del año y si tienen algun tipo de tradicion.

I'm here enjoying a few days at the beach to start the year, and as I mentioned in my previous post, this year we received the new year at the beach, specifically at the Tanaguarenas club. It is already a tradition that every first day of the year the club prepares a wood-fired soup, and this year was no exception. Thank God we had the opportunity to participate in the famous soup that members and visitors alike look forward to.
It is a wood-fired soup that has everything: meat, chicken and a great variety of fresh vegetables that give it a unique flavor. It was really too good, well loaded and with that special touch that only firewood can give it. It was served in a large Chinese pot accompanied by its respective portion of cassava and a spoon, so that no one was left without enjoying it.
Although the line was very long, it was totally worth it. People waited patiently and joyfully, because they already know that this soup is part of the welcome to the new year. It's nice to see how everyone gathers around this tradition, sharing laughs, conversations and that beach atmosphere that makes everything more special.
For me it was an incredible experience, because beyond the soup, what you feel is union, and that despite all the problems people continue with the intention of sharing and enjoying good times.
