Documentary detailing what went wrong that day. I personally think we should go back to the old ways where the government charters companies based on the impact they have on the good of the public. If a corporate entity proves to be harmful to the public good based either on negligence or malice, they should not be chartered when renewal time comes around. Then corporations would have better standards in every respect.
