Hi,
On my visit to the National Museum in Delhi, there were many instruments displayed which were played in early times of India in different parts of the country. There was a huge collection of the instruments and it was difficult to click them all, but few are posted here. There were Violin, Sitar, Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo, Veena, Piano and many more which i don't even know there names.
