Today I will share with you an interesting place, which is my parent's hometown.
About 90 km from Da Nang city, located in Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province, Tam Hai island is surrounded by the sea, people here always enjoy a peaceful and gentle life.
In order to get to the island, the means of transportation that people here use is a ship. This is probably the first interesting experience when you set foot in this land. The ship is named LONG HAI, it can be compared to the "Silk Road that was formed in the 2nd century BC". Because everything is transported from this ship.
About Tam Hai island commune
The area of Tam Hai island commune is about 1,500 hectares with three sides facing the sea and one side bordering the river, so more than 50% of the area is water.
Although only separating a section of the Truong Giang River from the mainland, Tam Hai island commune brings a different taste of the sea, attracting many tourists to enjoy a peaceful place. It's beauty appeals to those who like to explore and like new sensations like me. The islanders live peacefully under the green coconut trees sunbathing.
People live mainly on the sea. So on the beach, each large boat and small boat lined up around the clear blue water create a lively highlight.
Where should you go if you come to Tam Hai island commune, Quang Nam?
Although the island is small, there are many beautiful places for you to visit. Such as: TAM THANH mural village; small island Hon Mang; small island Hon Dua, ... These places you can access google search easily. So I introduce to everyone the harbor named "Village 1 port". Where only the people here can see it's beauty.
This beauty is not just the scenery here. This place has honeycomb stones stretching along the cliffs, below is a white sand beach. Somewhere there are stones covered with a green color of mosses. Rows of green forest pineapples, they vigorously rise to find life on large rocks.
This place also shows clearly the beauty of the fishermen, they work throughout the night. All for a prosperous life, for the love of the sea, for the responsibility of a citizen to protect the sea and islands here. In addition, there are small traders who ride old motorbikes, buying resources bestowed by the sea.

- You should preview the weather forecast to be proactive in all situations and have a more favorable trip. The best weather in Tam Hai is from March to May, because at that time it is clear, with little rain, beautiful sunshine, and calm sea.
- If you plan to explore the islands, you should go early in the morning to have more time to visit and visit the islands.
- Because all activities are mainly outdoors, protect your skin by wearing a hat, umbrella.
