A story was told of a mother cat who once saw her little kitty chasing its tail everywhere. And then mother asked what was the reason behind that and the little kitty said "am chasing my tail, I want to get happiness there", then the mother laughed and asked "who told you that?", The kitty replied "i know that when I get it am gonna get happiness there". The mother smiles again and then she replied. "happiness is inside of us, it's not found elsewhere. When you search for happiness outside of yourself you won't see it until you search inward" then the kitty stared at the mother for a moment then it said "no wonder I haven't seen you happy a day except night why that🤣?"
Lesson:
Happiness is not in our money, not on friends, not on accolades we gather in life either, not in going for vacation, not in any of these things we chase after in life. True happiness is in God, the Creator of heavens and the earth. True happiness is in Christ our Saviour. You can argue it scientifically but the good thing is that truth is always truth and it can only be gotten in Christ who is the True Vine. Holy Ghost is beyond science.
So learn to get your happiness from God, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Through His son Jesus Christ who was crucified for our sins.
