We wanted to share with you a few easy movement stretches that will help make you feel good! Especially for those that sit at a computer all day.
It is important to move your body a few times a day.
These movements will loosen you up and get your blood flowing.
I sit at a computer for a big portion of the day, and I like to take a break here and there to stand up and move around.
