Today is F A M I L Y bonding day !
It's thursday and majority of the family members decided to make something which we're rare to do .
_Since we really love "Grilling" and we always make grilled fish because my mom don't eat other meat except fish . So, today we decided to make "Tinulang isda " for my mom It's a fish recipe and to try other dish We made grilled pork _

The best part is that we Grilled the pork outside our house together with the whole family while having guitar and singing sessions with them

The Marinade
Ingredients are :
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Brown Sugar
Black pepper
Smashed Garlic and Ginger
Ketchup
Salt
Calamansi

add the Meat to the marinade and let it absorb the marinade for 10 minutes
