Many people want God to control their fate, but they are not ready to submit themselves to him and how is He going to do that if you do not want to submit yourself to him?
This is also not a problem if you decide to control your fate and disobey God, your destiny will depend on your action so why not do the right thing?
In 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 which says; And for this cause, God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness
Do you know one way in which people be in delusion, it is when you do not choose the truth and have chosen unrighteousness instead then, you will surely be in delusion because God himself will allow it.
If you do not allow God to direct your step, there is no way he’s going to do that for you. This does not mean that God cannot control us, but God only controls the fate of people who want him to control them. This also means that we have to leave ourselves for God to control us because God will never do something out of our will.
This is why it is said that God helps those who help themselves and the best way we can help ourselves is leaving us for God to do what he wants with our lives. I’m very sure that the God we serve will never do what we do not want without our consent.
Let’s leave ourselves for God so that he will perform miracles with our lives.
