I’m sad to tell you all that domestic violence is becoming common everyday in this world that we find ourselves in. We see how some husbands who now dislike their wives hit them and make them feel hated. This is not fair and God in anyway does not support domestice violence. There is even a rule or law for husbands in the Bible which proves that domestic violence is not allowed nor supported by God.
1 Peter 3:7 says, Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered
Do you know that most men’s prayers are not answered because they are not doing right by their wives? God has ordered all men to do right by their wives so that he will answer their prayers.
Our wives are people that should be taken care of. It’s better not to get married to a woman if you do not love her or if you know that you won’t take good care of the woman but if you have concluded and asked her to be your wife, then, you have every responsibility to maker and keep her happy at all time.
Also in James 1:19-20 which says; Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God
Do you know that men who are quick to anger are usually violent. If you are quick to anger, it means that you are close Satan and no man should ever give room for that.
God doesn’t support domestic violence and as a man, if you want your prayers to be answered, do not hit your wives.
