Anyone who tells you you can’t get fit using your own body weight is just misinformed!

As long as you make your muscles contract under enough resistance, they don’t care if you’re using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, or your own body weight.

For example, you can pick 3 to 4 compound exercises and then do them across 3 sets of 5 to 20 reps each.

Give each set and rep your maximum effort without going to complete failure. You can do 3 full body sessions every week, or do an upper lower split, and do 2 upper and 2 lower body sessions.
