Hello friends of hive, I hope you had a nice weekend, I had some time for myself, which sometimes we lack because we get so busy, and I stopped to look at MY HAVANA with a different tour, she like every city houses thousands of beauties and secrets that sometimes we do not see.

We live a very hectic life and almost always have a tendency to walk fast with our eyes to the side, our thoughts immersed in the chores of everyday life and we do not always look up, much less during the day with our overwhelming daily routine.

But I especially like to walk slowly around my Havana and in this walk I decided to look at everything that has history and that the same passage of life makes it have new reviews or references, for example, the beautiful Parque de la India, which in its history has a representation where the image of the mythical Indian Havana appears.

Wife of the cacique Habaguanex, ruler of the area before the arrival of Christopher Columbus, but today her image is added to the statue that stands next to the disaster at the Saratoga Hotel, which is one year old and was filled with flowers to its victims, but still remains her majestic and impeccable INDIA.

My majestic Capitol with its clean promenade but from its corner we can see what remains of the old Partagas cigar factory sign built in 1865 and we still enjoy its presence, my walk becomes slow steps as if I were to float, it is summer, there is a breeze, and I am already in front of the entrance of the capitol that from below not only see how imposing its construction is but also how much it has been built.

Its images that are at its side are alive, measuring 6.50 meters each in bronze, made by an Italian artist named Angelo Zanelli and yet you can see their well-defined muscles, and when I decide to continue, you have the beautiful and majestic Alicia Alonso Theater of Havana.

Above all, on its main façade it has four sculptural groups in white marble representing allegories of Charity, Education, Music and Theater, works of Giuseppe Moretti. As well as on the top its statues are standing firmly safe and delicate all inclemency of time and the passage of the years together.

I stop to drink water and I like to see how the architecture is modernized without losing Havana's old age, how is it possible that these beautiful new hotels like the Great Central Park add to and do not detract from the beauty of my Havana.
thanks for reading the post
