First off, accountability: my goal for this first week back was to exceed my average daily mileage every day. ✅ My average over the past three months was 1.9 miles per day; my average over the past week was 2.37. ✅ Finally I started a new challenge using the Conqueror app. In addition to providing gamification for me, part of the fee goes toward environmental clean up.
