Hola amigos de HIVE, hoy vengo a contarles un poco acerca de mi trabajo, como les conté anteriormente soy cuenta propia o sea tengo mi propio negocio particular a pesar de ser Licenciado en Derecho y como muchos graduados universitarios en Cuba no poder ejercer la profesión principalmente por temas económicos.
Mi rutina laboral comienza bien temprano a las 6:30 AM en la que me levanto y como buen cubano lo primero que hago antes de abrir los ojos es tomar un buen café mañanero. Me cambio de ropa y me pongo a alimentar unos cerdos que tengo en el patio de la casa (es la única vía hoy día de comer carne de cerdo en Cuba) y limpiar los corrales.

My work routine starts very early at 6:30 AM when I get up and as a good Cuban the first thing I do before opening my eyes is to have a good morning coffee. Luego de terminar con los animales me doy un baño, me aseo, desayuno, me despido de mi esposa e hija y me alisto a preparar mi carrito de las ventas. El carrito es un triciclo muy parecido a los "bicitaxis" que tiene tres divisiones con unas bandejas de aluminio para depositar y mostrar la mercancía, en el vendo de todo tipo de confituras tanto criollas como industriales.
En las criollas, sin dudas las más sabrosas, vendo algunos de los dulces más deliciosos cubanos como el maní molido y en grano, dulce de guayaba, panqués, dulce de coco y de leche, además de varios tipos de galletas y palitroque; en las confituras industriales prioritariamente vendo galleticas, caramelos y refrescos instantáneos.
After finishing with the animals I take a bath, clean myself up, have breakfast, say goodbye to my wife and daughter and get ready to prepare my sales cart. En la venta estoy durante toda la mañana en la que llegan a comprarme tanto clientes habituales como clientes nuevos, en este horario es un poco más aburrido el día, en ocasiones se me hace eterno, me entretengo un poco echándole un vistazo al teléfono en los que me informo con la actualidad y aprovecho para atender mis redes sociales y realizar pequeños trabajos deportivos, acá estoy hasta aproximadamente las 12:00 M.
Luego llego a la casa almuerzo y reposo un poco, en ocasiones tomo una siesta y sobre las 2:00 PM vuelvo a salir "a la batalla" frase muy habitual entre los ciudadanos de este país. La tarde es más entretenida, llegan amistades y se sientan a conversar, por lo que hacen la instancia másagradable.

Then I get home for lunch and rest a little, sometimes I take a nap and around 2:00 PM I go out again "to battle", a very common phrase among the citizens of this country. The afternoon is more entertaining, friends arrive and sit down to talk, which makes it more pleasant.
Además de la que venta es mucho mejor debido a que empiezan a salir los muchachos de las escuelas y las personas de los centros laborales, compran dulces para después de la comida y la merienda para sus hijos del próximo día. Vendiendo estoy más o menos hasta aproximadamente las 7:00 PM, recojo la mercancía de mi carrito de venta, le doy una buena limpieza al carrito y lo guardo en un garaje de unos amigos hasta el próximo día.
Al llegar a la casa me reciben mi hija y mi mujer con una cariñosa bienvenida que a pesar de una agotadora jornada lo recargan a uno de energía, luego de atender los animales en la tarde me baño y paso lo que queda tarde y la noche junto a mi familia, me acuesto a dormir hasta el próximo día una nueva jornada laboral.
Besides that selling is much better because the kids are starting to leave the schools and people from the workplaces are buying candy for after lunch and snacks for their children for the next day. I am selling until about 7:00 PM, I pick up the merchandise from my vending cart, give it a good cleaning and store it in a friends garage until the next day.
When I get home my daughter and my wife receive me with a warm welcome that despite an exhausting day recharge one of energy, after attending the animals in the afternoon I take a bath and spend the rest of the afternoon and evening with my family, I go to bed to sleep until the next day a new working day.
