Yesterday afternoon, although I had a lot to do around the house, like cleaning and tidying up, I didn't feel very well, so I made an excuse and didn't do any of it. I put on some light clothes and went out for a walk around my house in the evening. I ended up taking a walk of about two hours that took me to a neighboring town, returning via a different route. By taking this circular route, I ended up not passing the same places, which turned out to be something that made me feel lighter inside, not feeling like I was doing something “obligatory”. I don't know if you get that feeling too.
