Just squeaked past 10k yesterday! I’m feeling a little under the weather at the moment having caught the cold that both my children had earlier in the week and as such when I got home yesterday it was a case of just crashing out on the sofa for most of the evening as you can see below
I quite literally achieved my daily goal when I finally rolled off the couch walked upstairs and brushed my teeth! Let’s hope the upcoming weekend sees an improvement in both my health and the weather so that I can get outside and do some exercise
