Have you seen, tried or heard about the fluffy and jiggly souffle pancakes? Despite whether you have or not, we are going to show you our new favourite place to have these souffle pancakes!
Located in the suburb called Burwood in Sydney, Australia, there is a tiny cafe and take away place that does teas and souffle pancake. We only visited for the souffle pancakes so no drinks to show here.
Chaball has many flavoured souffle pancakes and their pancakes are also the main attraction for visitors to their store. They have brown sugar pearls, matcha, milk tea, creme brulee, strawberry cream and original.
This is the brown sugar pearl souffle pancake. The pancakes are just so soft and also very addictive!
This one is the creme brulee. Who would've known that creme brulee would go so well with the souffle pancake? Warm and delicious!

We tried to decide on which one we liked most out of the two flavours we tried. Ended up being very indecisive as both were just as good! They weren't too sweet and not too filling. We even doubt that we'd be able to share one the next time we visit. Definitely ordering one per person!
Chaball is located near Burwood train station and there is also plenty of parking nearby so it is a very convenient to travel to. It is also surrounded by many restaurants and cafes which makes this place perfect for dessert if you're dining in the area!
We visited when there weren't many people so the owner was able to ask us to take a seat while they made our souffle pancakes. It wasn't even 10 minutes and we were served with the warm and delicious treats. The plus side was that the owner was nice enough to go around the counter to personally serve us the pancakes instead of calling out our number.
This place is on our "must visit again" list!
