Hi FriendsAs you know, those who has an account on HIVE older than March 20, 2020 also has a Steemit account. On this date, the Steemit blockchain was hard forked and the HIVE blockchain was founded. Thus, a second account was created on HIVE which had HIVE tokens at 1:1 ratio with that of Steem in the Steemit wallet. After this date, most of the members decided to power down their Steemit accounts and continue on HIVE. Some members stayed on Steemit, while I see that some members are active on both HIVE and Steemit.

Hi FriendsAs I mentioned in my travel posts last year, I don't like the vacation format that goes between hotel, sea and foods. I want to discover new places at homeland or abroad as much as possible. Before the pandemic, I traveled abroad every year. However, the pandemic caused millions of people, including me, to change their travel plans for at least 2 years. After the pandemic, it was time for me to start traveling abroad. Last year, I did this by going to Thessaloniki, Greece. My second choice for an abroad vacation this year was Greece again. I will write about the village of Mantamados and the Taxiarchis Monastery located in this village in the fifth part of my Lesbos island travel post series.

I was looking for an alternative video platform to You Tube and run into DTube at that times. I became a member of HIVE to become a member of DTube. You can also guess where my username came from. I was focused on DTube, but I didn't know HIVE was such a huge blogging platform. DTube was just, to my surprise, the tip of the iceberg. Later on, I started to examine HIVE in detail. As everybody, it took me time to figure out how the HIVE blockchain run early on when I became a member.

I went back a year on my blog and looked at my posts one by one. I wanted to see the progress of my account in 2024 and to summarize what I shared in a year. I have put my Account Progress posts back in order for more than one year and I can write them on a monthly basis. I think that my activity on HIVE has been increasing more and more in the winter months. Since the account progress post is one of my favorite posts to share on HIVE, I want to continue this series as much as I can. In addition to my month-to-month account progress posts, I write a 14-day account progress post from time to time. I think to write the account progress post on a random day in a month whenever I am not able to continue the series regularly.
