Right now we are at the end of April, which is approaching the middle of Q2 (April, May, June). The proposal has been held off for as long as possible to give time for initiatives to take hold and allow for follow-up information.

Several Hive community members who are not a direct part of the project but have niche professional expertise are assisting.
