There are some battles I really experience this week that was really shocking and amazing at the same time, since I started playing splinterlands, there are some summoners that I'm really scared of anytime I face them in battle, mostly those 7 mana capped legendary summoners with those amazing abilities, the like like yodin zaku, byzantine kitty and scarred llama mage, irrespective of what my setup was, the fear always come up whenever I saw the summoner used. Llama Mage had this last stand ability that increase all stats of the last monster standing on board, I have use this particular summoner most times and I know how powerful it is when paired with some high start monster cards and when that ability got activated, so it is always a pain if someone use it against me when I didn't use the summoner. So I had this battle which was capped at 18 mana with all to eleven and explosive weaponary rule which means all monster cards have the amplify and blast ability.

This kind of battle are dangerous and full of destructive if you place any how monster in your lineup since the blast ability will always have effect on adjacent monster cards when hit. In this kind of rules, the reflection shield ability is the perfect ability to use in this case but there is no summoner with such ability and monster card with reflection shield are really limited for now, so most times I do use strong stats cards with healing ability but in this case the mana capped 18 is really too low to flex muscles. Since we could choose from any element except life I decided to go for earth element and make use of lobb lowland summoner which is one of the recent soulbound cards which allow gladiators in battle. Taking 6 mana out of 18, left me with just 12 so I decided to go with just 2 cards, first is the gladiator Quora Towershead which people rarely use in normal battle, even at level 1, the cards is really a strong one with double attacking stat (melee and magic) so anytime it destroy a card, all the stats increase which is really cool then I picked *Venator kinjo even though the stat is way low, the reflection and camouflage ability always keep it safe from attacks.
Then boom he came up with mage as summoner, then 3 other cards while making sure Flesh Golem was his last standing cards, he also try to buff it up with a martyr card, I really gave him the kudos because he knew how to setup his cards but bring up two low health cards gave me advantage over him since quora was able to destroy them and also buff his start twice with the blood lust ability and boom the rest was history since it became too strong to handle and I won the battle. When you notice how powerful a card is, you will always want to keep using it in some specific battle just like this one below

Buffing up Quora is really interesting and I love using that strategy during the Earthquake rules since quora can always heal up after taking 2 earthquake damage, so that make it last longer in battle. This can be of great use to lower league battle if you happens to have this card in your collection. I have been neglecting the card for along while before I discovered how I have underestimate the card while leaving it idle in my collection. If you haven't start using this cards, I think it is time you start making use of it.
