This must be a winter time. I've learnt that winter is a cold period, so cold that leaves wilt and drop, leaving trees bare. True to what I've learned, the trees here appear as if dead because their leaves that would have given them the green colour of life are not with them. There's snowfall also due to cold.

There was this Santa that came around our neighbourhood during Christmas to distribute gift items to children in particular. He would walk along the streets, from house to house with his gift bag hanging at his back..This particular season, as he walked on by, one of his shoes got spoilt. It was so bad he couldn't go on but, luckily, there was a cobbler's shop nearby where he stopped to have it fixed.

You see balloons? I had thought that nothing would make me enter any of them. I had a lot of apprehension about them as a child. Though they are beautiful to behold, my apprehension was rooted on the fact I had fear of heights which tended towards acrophobia. Anytime I found myself at a significant height, my heart began to fail, legs wobble, and if I didn't see any object to cling to for support, I would think I'll collapse.

The fan blades flew overhead With a steady rotation Preventing the camera from capturing their shadows But, as electric current was cut They came to a halt Having lost kinetic energy The camera then captured their shadows Which were elusive while on motion But now got caught while at rest

I decided to hunt for shadows today, and happened to catch these three for shadow lovers. In the first picture two friends were together but, as they were parting ways in the second, their shadows parted ways too.The third picture has four people walking together with their shadows linked with each other, maybe in love. You can notice that each fellow has a different dress colour yet, their shadows have one colour -- dark. This suggests that shadows speak one language.

Obi joined a bad gang in search of easy wealth against his father's advice. When the adventure failed him he traced his steps back home yet, his father accepted him. Then someone observed, "Blood is not just thick. It's thicker than water".
