Finding the Balance

Work Hard, Play Hard.

What sort of balance are we seeking?

Balance in each moment?

-or-

The balance of moments?

For me it seems to be a lot of both, but what I am finding is that I am beginning to tend towards a balance of work and play in each moment.

If I find myself working too hard for too long, what I notice is that the times of play are in order to balance the work, but is that really balance?
