I have some leftover rice paper that my wife has processed first. And now I want to try making my own risoles with the ingredients in my refrigerator that I think are enough to make this recipe. and I'm sure the portion will also be enough for me to enjoy with my wife. I will write the recipe below and you can see it.


The ingredients I need to make this Risoles are:

1. 6 sheets of Paper Rice
2. 2 cloves of shallots
3. 2 cloves of garlic
4. 1 stalk of spring onion
5. 2 pieces of tofu
6. 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
7. ½ teaspoon of salt
8. ½ teaspoon of pepper
9. 50 grams of bean sprouts
10. 10 grams of cabbage
11. 2 stalks of Winged Beans.
(the vegetables above are optional, you can use carrots, potatoes, or whatever according to the availability of your vegetables. And the types of vegetables above are the availability of vegetables in my refrigerator.)


And the way I make this risoles is:

1. After I wash all the vegetables until clean, then I slice all the vegetables thinly and I start by slicing the cabbage first. After that I continue by cutting the winged beans and the ingredients that I have sliced ​​I mix into a slightly larger container of bean sprouts.
2. After that what I do is smooth the tofu using a spoon then I put it in the same container as the existing ingredients
3. Next what I put in is the Tapioca flour.
4. And I almost forgot the spring onions or spring onions that I haven't sliced, so I sliced ​​them first and then I put them in the same container too
5. After that I put in the pepper and salt together
6. The next step is I smooth the shallots and garlic manually so that the spices that I smooth later do not have a high water content. After the spices are slightly smooth then I mix all the ingredients and I stir until smooth and after I stir all the ingredients until smooth it will look like in picture
7. Then I arrive at the thrilling process towards finishing where I am afraid I can't roll the dough perfectly with the use of this rice paper. so I am very careful in this process and the first thing I do is wet the rice paper first by dipping it in water and turning it slowly then I put it in a wide tray.
8. After that I put in 1 tablespoon of tofu dough and I rolled it slowly and the result is as seen in my photo. And I managed to get a pretty neat result for the first try.
9. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up then I heat the oil in a medium to low heat. After the oil is warm I put in the risoles. The result will not be brown like flour risoles and the rice paper will expand a little and dry a little. While the dough will be cooked perfectly like this.
10. My risoles are successful and let's enjoy this risoles with chili or tomato sauce.
