Hello, dear flavour experts! Today I finally processed the red potatoes I got from the farmer. To be honest, I had feared that they were no longer good - but they were still in great shape! This variety of potato is one of the oldest there is and I'm so pleased to have used it in such a flavour-packed recipe. I tell you, this recipe totally blew me away - it was that delicious!
