If you are into Pokemon, Magic, Yugioh, or any other TCG you really need to take a look at Metazoo. These cards are currently on fire. With a very limited print run of 1st edition cards these are posed to see very large price gains long term. But that isn't the only reason to take a look.
Most people don't even realize that Masters of the Universe had Dinosaur figures except for collectors. These came out towards the end of the line when the show was trying to find ways to keep kids interested and buying more toys. They are really cool figures and lets be honest what little boy didn't want a Dinosaur toy to play with?
Here is a graded AFA 80 Cliff Climber that we got in the massive MOTU collection. It's one of the harder add accessory packs to find and very hard to come by still sealed. This one came out in 1986 just as the toy line was dying off and sales of Masters of the Universe toys were slowing to a crawl. Production numbers are not released for these toys, but estimates put the toys from 1986 at around 10% or less of the early year toys from the line.
Store bought a massive Masters of the Universe collection yesterday and just starting to put some of it on the shelves. Here is a quick look at 2 of the rarest and most valuable figures in the collection. These are the Giants, Megator and Tytus. Both are in reproduction boxes, but are 100% complete with authentic weapons and armor which is amazing. Plus their hair is in great condition...I know that sounds weird, but it's a big deal on these guys as some kids cut the hair or pulled it out.
Below is an email from eBay to sellers today. It's one of those "oh look we did something without really doing anything" changes. They are making a tiny baby step towards weeding out all of the scammy buyers on eBay. Such a major issue in the card industry right now it's not even funny.
If you collect Funko Pops these Kubbies are a must have. They each hold 12 Pops either in soft protectors or without. They can be hung on the wall or placed on a shelf/desk. Amazing way to display and protect your pops.If anyone is interested in buying any let me know.
