This my shadow grants, I took today on my way in search for a shadow for the shadow hunter contest,
On the way out today I saw this special shadow too besides a water tap.
The wheelbarrow was packed there, so I decided to take a shot of the shadow.
My Referral Concept of "Shadow Work" by
Carl Jung's Theory:
The concept of the shadow is primarily attributed to Carl Jung, who believed that everyone has a shadow self that contains both negative and positive aspects.
Process of Integration:"Shadow work" refers to the conscious effort to explore and integrate these hidden parts of ourselves, allowing us to work through them and gain a more balanced perspective.
