I tested a Georgian restaurant. Khinkalnia taste a bit like Polish dumplings with meat. They are juicy, inside they have hot broth and well-seasoned meat, a slightly spicy aftertaste of meat. For the first time, while eating, I wondered what to do with that hard tip, by which the khinkalnia is held - it is hard, sometimes raw, it is probably not eaten :) On the second plate there is a kebab with lamb - the best taste was the white sauce with an interestingly herbal flavor.

In the first photo, your keen eye will notice two cats in the green grass that followed me during a short walk. After the walk, I was partly the author of the pizza. A homemade, quick recipe that consists of a few simple ingredients and you can mix it even by hand in a bowl and knead it on a pastry board. Pour half a teaspoon of sugar into 150 ml of lukewarm water and crumble 10 g of fresh yeast. Mix and set aside for 2 minutes. Then add 250 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and half a teaspoon of salt. Knead the dough for 2 minutes until smooth and elastic. If it sticks, add a little flour, and if it is too dry, add a little water. Make a ball of the dough, cover and set aside in a warm place for an hour to rise. For the sauce, mix ketchup with tomato paste or preferably canned tomato sauce, add a little salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and oregano. Roll out the risen dough, spread with sauce, add whatever you like, I used salami, cheese, mushrooms. Bake at 240 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

I don't often have the opportunity to leave the house for a longer walk, I'm a bit of a couch potato, especially in winter. Of course, winter is over and spring in full bloom will soon be over. So I'm probably showing the last few oats of lushly growing pansy flowers and I'm giving you a taste of food. After a long walk, you deserve a big bowl of food 🙂

A lazy walk along the green moat, there was probably water there once and the defensive walls were supposed to provide additional protection in the old days, to get inside the castle. I also met some strange trees during the short walk, I don't know if it's some kind of disease, but its branches have multi-colored patches, like a Delmate.

The Hive family unites many nationalities and religions. I will tell you a little about today's Christian day in the Catholic Church in Poland. In the first photo you can see Easter morning, which shows the grave guard - these are usually men in soldiers' costumes who keep watch at the Lord's Tomb, commemorating the death and resurrection of Jesus. This holiday is about commemorating life that conquers death, and about hope that returns, even when everything seems lost. This is the celebration of Jesus' resurrection, the moment when Christians believe that the Savior defeated death and gave people a chance for a new life. On Sunday morning we sit down to a festive Easter breakfast - we share an egg, exchange wishes and enjoy our time together. The egg is a symbol of new life and resurrection, and the lamb reminds us of Jesus, who gave his life for people. At such a breakfast, the egg reigns supreme in many ways. Hard-boiled eggs, eggs in salad, eggs in cold cuts, eggs in horseradish sauce, eggs in żurek soup, eggs in pancakes, I probably forgot something else :) This whole holiday season is a special moment when we usually eat a festive breakfast with our family, we sacrificed many of these things the day before on Holy Saturday. On this special day, I wish you health, peace and joy every day. May it be a time full of warmth and hope, spent with your family!

Just a week ago, the last winter snow was probably already falling from the clouds, in the morning it was white. Now spring has probably arrived for good. Taking advantage of the weekend visits with family, we looked for nature in the nearest area :)
