Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious vegan recipe with pumpkin.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients :

Pumpkin - ½ kg
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Chilli paste - As needed

Methods of making :

Cut the pumpkin.
Add pumpkin to hot oil.
Add salt and turmeric as per instructions.
Mix everything together well.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Add water.
Add chili paste.
Cover again for 5 minutes.
Open the lid and keep it on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Then take it down.Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
