Over the holidays I had found two puzzles at the thrift store. Once I had the one puzzle finished I thought it would be cute to have in a frame. When I decorate for Christmas I can hang it in the kitchen for some extra fun.

I put a coat of Mod Podge on the front and when it had dried I added a second coat. The following day I turned it over and did two coats on the back of the puzzle.

I went to two stores trying to find the right sized frame to put the puzzle in, but had no luck. Finally, I did a search on Amazon and of course they had puzzle frames that fit perfectly. It was delivered in two days time, besides.

I happen to be a big fan of gingerbread houses and little gingerbread men. So this puzzle was two cute to not use it to decorate with.

It looks really nice in the black frame too and I can't wait to put it up next year.

I finished the second puzzle this week and completed the same process to secure it. All I have to do is order another frame and I will hang this one in the family room. I adore Golden Retrievers and this puzzle just makes me smile.

It was fun doing a little project like this for a change and now that they are completed I will have to find something else to keep me busy.

Here is another Christmas Cookie puzzle that I had done back in November. I didn't even think about preserving it at that time. But it really was a fun one to do and I had finished it before I started making my holiday cookies. Maybe I will do that one again next year, we shall see. Have a great weekend everyone.
