Is investing in stocks dangerous?
I would say yes. Basically, buying stocks means buying a small part of a company. We can say that it could be equivalent to becoming a small financier of that company, but we will not participate in any decision-making action. If you own shares of a company, you are at the mercy of what that particular company will do. If we buy shares of a company that will make profits, the value of our shares will go up, vice versa it will go down. So when investing in stocks it is very important to know the company.
