In recent days, the hivewatchers have shut down all giveaways with their stringent "rules." They believe that creators are repeatedly posting similar content just to get upvotes. The hivewatchers are demanding that creators either host "bigger" giveaways (with more expensive prizes) featuring original content every day or forfeit the rewards they receive.Creators now understand that this is an unrealistic expectation. It's impossible to create new content every day that readers won't just skip over to get to the giveaway part. Even more absurd is the idea of renouncing our rewards. Essentially, they're asking us to spend our time鈥攖ime we could be spending with our families鈥攋ust to give away stuff and receive nothing in return.I'm confident this contradicts the decentralized philosophy of the site.Below, you can read what they wrote to @lorddiablo and our response.
