Oudemansiella Mucidacommonly know as the "porcelain mushroom"It's been raining quite a bit lately and autumn is falling over the landscape with colder nights and lots of moisture. Perfect mushrooming conditions.@actifraenk went on a nice little afternoon walk into the forest and, as usual these days, found some beautiful shrooms. It was, however, a bit too late to fit the pictures into the daily actispam report, so, here we are with a little contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw.  

I usually keep my casual #smartphonephotography shrooms over on my @actifraenk account where they help to spice up my daily actifit spam, but every once in a while there's a particularly impressive specimen that needs some more spotlight to shine.

A Parasol Mushroom within Common IvyEverything sounds much more fancy in Latin.I found this guy on my walk yesterday and I've been meaning to do a dedicated #FungiFriday post for a while. So, today before lunch, I took the old DSLR out of the closet and walked back there to take a few pictures so that I can finally do this.

 ... it's been a while!Life has its dull moments. Some moments last a little bit longer. A year has passed and then some. Things have moved along but little has changed. Winter is near again. I've been here before. 

 Calocera Viscosawhat a beautiful name.At first I thought I had found a small coral mushroom, ramaria aurea to be precise, but it's not. The coral mushrooms are more brittle and won't bend like the yellow stagshorn, the aforementioned calocera viscosa does.

Meet Chini and Gette,One is a zucchini, the other a courgette.   I met them after lunch today.  Two curious offcuts, too curious for their own good.  They wanted to see more of the world.Let's travel to the city, they said.
