Afternoon everyone…It’s been quite some time since I’ve seen an at spot deal from any on line dealer or anywhere to be honest. This used to be a regular thing back in the day. Just about every week one of the dealers would have an at spot deal from Friday to Sunday at midnight. This was prior to the A-Mark conglomerate buying up many of the independently owned on line dealers. There aren’t many of those left. While Apmex is still independently owned they are so big that they set their pricing right along all of the A-Mark owned dealers pricing.

Afternoon everyone …..I’d like to start my post with a HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to every mother out there. It’s your special day, I hope that it is filled with love and joy.Mother’s Day is extra special for me. First off, I was born on a Mother’s Day Sunday. Then the fact that my dad passed away over four years ago now. So I have moved back in with my mom to keep an eye on her. She’s 82 and has lymphedema in her legs and does get around the best anymore. It’s been a complete role reversal. All the things she did for me growing up, I’m now doing for her. I do all the cooking, the grocery shopping, pay the bills, take her to the doctors, etc.
