Seems Netflix has been it for me this week, for immediately after the Castlevania Series I stepped into this other video game adaptation that has been on the hot rails of every media outlet since its release. I didn't plan to download it immediately, nor did I even think I'll watch it till maybe August, but a friend had it and since I sent some anime to her she decided to send this one to me and that's just how it happened...

My reading habits leave much to be desired, yet despite its obvious issues, one thing that I can say is that once I start a book or a series, I without a doubt intend on finishing it. Especially if it's a series that I like. The Lockwood and Co series is something I was referred to because of a bookclub I joined on a whim..

Anime is a genre of the television industry that has come to stay. It's so different when in the last decade it was only a few people in a school of 100 that knew about anime in the western and down south where I am. Yet now some schools in my country even have anime clubs.. It's so surreal...

Big Mistake

I'm always a fan for trying new songs, so when a fairly new friend of mine went on and on about how she's a die hard fan of rock and roll I kept quiet and thought in my head.."Well this is interesting."Rock and Roll is a very unpopular genre in my country, parents don't like it, misinterpreting and linking the songs and band looks to satanic cultures and if we're to be honest some of them are easy to misinterpret 😂😂 Then most teens don't like it simply because no one else does, what's in the rage is hip-hop and Afro music because that's what you hear everywhere.

I watched as the two men argued. Hands waving wildly as they dictated their points to the other non-listening party. It was quite a sight, as I was there from the beginning and the irony of two homeless men arguing about one of the most philosophical questions left me with more than a few chuckles. I was homeless too, yet I wasn't as decrepit as them, I hadn't reached the point that after a few puffs at multiple cigarette sticks, the next thing would be to let off my rags and don on the robes of Socrates and Plato to argue about philosophy, theology and every other subject they wouldn't know splat of if they were sober. I looked at the cigarette in my fingers thoughtfully, then took a long drag. I hadn't reached that point. Not yet..
