I see it's been a long time since my last actifit report. In fact I have been really out of the whole fitness thing after we had the baby. I even gained a good 5 kg. However today marks the start of new fitness updates. Now I am 9 kg away from my weight goal. I have to lose more than 10% of my weight. And this would require not only intense workout but also strict diet. So let's get this done.
