Sometimes it comes in handy to keep sheets of frozen puff pastry in the freezer for emergency morning treats. Like when the owner decides last minute that they won't be making their signature cinnamon rolls in the morning, and customers will come in expecting them.

For the first rolls I layered melted nutella with an orange zest butter, and glazed it with an orange juice glaze. The second rolls are a mixture of fresh blackberries with a sweetened cream cheese. I added lemon zest and a lemon glaze. The blackberry rolls could've used less filling, as one of them completely overflowed.

Bake them at 400 degrees farenheit, until golden brown, and glaze once slightly cooled.

It is highly useful in a bakery pinch, and super yummy with a cup of coffee.
