Yesterday's morning wasn't very pleasant at first. I've had a bad headache because of my recent root canal treatment. I was laying on the bed , feeling uncomfortable and tired and I didn't want to do anything.My friend Fateme called and suggested that we go for a walk in the neighborhood , she's our neighbor too. I've told her that I'm not doing so good but I will think about it.

We climbed trees and dogs smelled around and ate grasses which they love so much. Everything around us was very peaceful and beautiful . I appreciate the place we are living in and I'm falling in love with nature and this wonderful creations over and over again as days go by. Even though it's winter and the nature isn't as vibrant as other seasons but it still has its beauties .

Yesterday we made the best out of a bad situation . These days we experience power outage a lot. Yesterday morning as we were ready to do our work with internet , once again we remained without electricity . @kam5iz suggested two options : we go out on a bike or hike with dogs and do yoga outside.

Yesterday morning we woke up to a snowy autumn . We got very excited and happy since we didn't had snow in our habitat much specially in autumn .We didn't hesitate to get out of the house and observe this strange beauty . The amazing mixture of colorful trees and sharp white of the snow was poetic and sunny weather made us feel peaceful and happy

I'm doing much better these days . Yesterday I was active and fluent . We went for a hike. there were words and silence and all in between . We walked , we laughed and took pictures .it was about noon when my friend Fateme called and suggested a walk in the neighborhood . Weather was sunny and great so we said yes right away.

This week we started writing plans for our days ahead , so far it's been good for us in many ways. For example we didn't went to the local bazaar for months , even though it's very convenient .Yesterday we finally did go to the place.
