Hello, friends and family of Hive Open Mic! We have reached week 113 of this very important musical showcase in the Hive Blockchain, not only for musicians but also for lovers of this sublime art. On this occasion I bring you a cover of a song, that although it has little to do with the theme proposed for this edition, I felt moved to interpret it, because I really like its feeling.

It is Soda Stero's iconic song "Cuando Pase el Temblor" (When the Quake is Over), from the album Nada Personal (Nothing Personal), released by this popular and much loved Argentinian band in 1985. The song talks about an emotional quake rather than a real one; it is a very appropriate metaphor for someone who has a feeling of insecurity in any situation in life that moves their fibers and emotions. I hope that my version on guitar and shaker will be to the liking of many. Happy week to all!

¡Hola, amigos y familia de Hive Open Mic! Hemos llegado a la semana 113 de esta importantísima vitrina musical en la Blockchain de Hive, no solo para los músicos sino también para los amantes de este arte sublime. En esta ocasión les traigo un cover de una canción, que aunque poco se relaciona con la temática propuesta para esta edición, me sentí movida a interpretarla, pues me gusta mucho su feeling.

Se trata de la icónica pieza de Soda Stereo “Cuando Pase el Temblor”, perteneciente al álbum Nada Personal, lanzado por esta popular y muy amada banda Argentina en el año 1985. La canción habla de un temblor emocional más que un temblor real, es una metáfora muy apropiada para alguien que tiene una sensación de inseguridad ante cualquier situación de la vida que mueva sus fibras y sus emociones. Espero que mi versión en guitarra y shaker sea del agrado de muchos. ¡Feliz semana para todos!
