Late night beer tasting after a pub night) Here’s some info about the beer and a brewery Latzenbier by Schumacher Alt is a seasonal beer that is brewed only three times a year, on the third Thursday of March, September and November. It is a special version of the traditional Altbier, a dark and top-fermented beer that is typical of the Düsseldorf region in Germany. Latzenbier is stronger and fuller in taste than the regular Schumacher Alt, as it is made with more malt and hops. It has an alcohol content of 5.5% and a balanced aroma of malt and hops.
