It's Saturday morning and it's time for a beer! No I'm not an alcoholic. Beer during football is compulsory. Today I have the perfect morning beer: Ommegang's Rosetta.
The pour and taste are very light, like a sour. The head lasts longer though. The cherries compliment this beer nicely. It is pleasantly tart, perfect for morning footy drinking. Go Reds!
(I admit I once stopped in Newcastle, deliberately just to have a Newcastle. This was before "craft beer life")
I'm cheating below and drinking out of my favorite Leffe glass. Don't tell Ommegang. ;)
