I've been told something very interesting about Tetris today. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a video game in which we have to make various pieces fit together according to their shape.
Someone told me that playing Tetris helps the memory, so I didn't hesitate to Google about it since it seemed important to me. According to what I read, it does stimulate our brain activity if we play it frequently, however, it's not proven to help our memory.
I don't play it often but was considering doing so in case what I was told was true. Since it's not, I recommend playing it during free time, just for fun.

Hoy me han contado algo muy interesante sobre el Tetris. Para los que no sepáis lo que es, es un videojuego en el que tenemos que hacer encajar varias piezas según su forma.
Alguien me dijo que jugar al Tetris ayuda a la memoria, así que no dudé en buscar en Google sobre el tema ya que me parecía importante. Según lo que he leído, estimula nuestra actividad cerebral si lo jugamos con frecuencia, sin embargo, no está demostrado que ayude a nuestra memoria.
Yo no lo juego a menudo pero estaba considerando hacerlo por si lo que me habían dicho era cierto. Como no lo es, recomiendo jugarlo durante el tiempo libre, sólo por diversión.
