Pulao can never beat any other dish😩‼️🛐 Presenting... Thai Pulao!!!😋🍛

 **Ingredients** 
Rice: ½ kg
Chicken: ½ kg
Sausages: 4 - 6
Garlic cloves (chopped): 7 - 8
Tomato (sliced): 1
Capsicum (chopped): 1
Onion (sliced): 1
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Black pepper corn: 10 - 15
Salt to taste
Carrots (grated): 2
Green onion: 2
Green chilli (sliced): 3
Saffron: 1 pinch
Oil: ½ cup

>Ingredientes 
Arroz: ½ kg
Pollo: ½ kg
Salchichas 4 - 6
Dientes de ajo (picados): 7 - 8
Tomate (en rodajas): 1
Pimiento (picado): 1
Cebolla (en rodajas): 1
Semillas de comino 1 cucharadita
Pimienta negra maíz: 10 - 15
Sal al gusto
Zanahorias (ralladas) 2
Cebolla verde: 2
Guindilla verde (en rodajas): 3
Azafrán: 1 pizca
Aceite: ½ taza

 **Method**
Fry the onions and when they soften, add garlic and fry. Add cumin seeds and black pepper corn. Fry and add salt. Add chicken and fry well. When the water dries, add the sausages and fry. Add 2 glasses of water and cover and cook on medium flame. When the chicken is tender, add carrots, green onions and saffron. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add water double the amount of rice. After that, add rice and cook on low flame. When little water is left, add tomatoes, capsicum and green chillies. Mix and cover till the water dries. Keep a preheated tava under the pot and cook for 10 - 15 minutes. After the given time, dish it out and serve with raita and salad. Your Thai Pulao will be ready!!!😋🍛

Freír las cebollas y cuando se ablanden, añadir el ajo y freír. Añadir las semillas de comino y la pimienta negra de maíz. Freír y añadir sal. Añadir el pollo y freír bien. Cuando se seque el agua, añadir las salchichas y freír. Añadir 2 vasos de agua, tapar y cocer a fuego medio. Cuando el pollo esté tierno, añadir las zanahorias, las cebollas verdes y el azafrán. Mezclar y cocer durante 2 minutos. Añadir el doble de agua que de arroz. A continuación, añadir el arroz y cocer a fuego lento. Cuando quede poca agua, añadir los tomates, el pimiento y las guindillas verdes. Mezclar y tapar hasta que se seque el agua. Mantener una tava precalentada debajo de la olla y cocer durante 10 - 15 minutos. Transcurrido el tiempo indicado, emplatar y servir con raita y ensalada. Su Pulao tailandés estará listo 😋🍛.
