The beginning of my interest in Coffee..

I have never been a fan of coffee right from the onset but I heard a lot of people sharing their encounters with it especially to boost their activeness and brain when reading for exams. My tactic for reading and assimilating was to wake up at night to read while it's silent as there wouldn't be any distraction or noise whatsoever. That was how I scaled through the academic years without taking coffee. I also heard how the presence of caffeine in coffee makes one to be active and energised for any work, but too much of it, they say is bad.

Students who took it consistently for weeks just to stay awake during exams ended up not being able to sleep and it caused headaches and worse, migraine for them. That was why I said when it's too much, it has its side effects which affect the brain especially.

My thought changed when I decided to try this drink out because of how much I had heard its effectiveness from friends and neighbours; I thought to give it a trial to see for myself what they have been talking about and if it's something not worth my interest, would leave it. I decided to get the most common brand — Nescafe. I had a lot of tasks to do online that night, hence my plan to get the coffee and try it out. When I took it, within a few minutes, I noticed the energy in me sprout out, I was ready for the game that night and for hours, I was still working on my laptop and engaging with energy on Hive.
I screamed, "Wow". I wouldn't have been able to go that far that night if not for the magic in coffee. When it was past 3 am, I pushed myself to sleep. I drank the coffee at 7 pm and didn't sleep until I forced myself around 3 am. I could confirm the activeness of the coffee.

That was the beginning of my interest in coffee....

I began my journey into active productivity online, by me, taking a coffee once in 3 days as I do not want to be taking it too much. I searched online for more benefits of what I was taking and saw how true it was to what people have been saying about the drink. Whenever I feel too weak to work online, I get my coffee and the magic begins until I force myself to sleep. I noticed it was affecting me anytime I woke up due to a few hours of sleep that isn't always complete, I developed migraine and I decided to reduce my intake. I stopped taking it for a while until I travelled home last August for Grandma's burial.
I wanted to be awake for the Zealy campaign that happened in September and I sent my cousin to get me the same coffee drink around town, but he came back home with a different brand. I was confused and doubted its effectiveness just like the first one I had known.
I tried it out and guess what? It worked. I take coffee at night to boost my productivity online so I can achieve a reasonable amount of work done for the day but it was affecting my sleep as I won't go to bed early and I wake up very early again the next morning: this was eating up my sleeping hours and was affecting my body system. I thought of changing the time completely and chose to drink my coffee every morning to be active during the day so I could have enough time to sleep at night.

TopCafe (3 in 1) is another brand of coffee that works effectively and helps boost productivity. With this coffee, one is energised and would be able to perform very well with work and whatever they set out to do. It keeps them active and vibrant for the day while working to make the best out of their schedule. The caffeine present in coffee should be minimised and not be taken excessively because of its side effects.
According to what I read online, the best time to drink coffee is in the morning. The caffeine in coffee affects our levels of adenosine and melatonin; these two make us sleep but when too much caffeine eats into these two key players in our system, it causes another thing in us which is dangerous. So, drinking coffee at night isn't a good idea. This is why I stopped taking it at night but changed it to morning. Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning boosts my system and keeps me awake for work.
