SourceI suffered from imposter syndrome at some point in the past. At that time, I didn't know such a syndrome existed, and it can paralyze you from achieving your dreams and get what you need to get out of this life. I thought what I was feeling was normal, but it wasn't. I felt that I am a fraud. Not only that, but I felt that at any time I could be exposed as a liar. Or be regarded as someone who did something shameful and that I needed to be punished.

SourceIt was just last night. I was having a dream, and then it turned into a nightmare. I don't remember exactly what I was doing, but I remember that I was fighting with someone, and then I was in my room in my bed. It was a dream within a dream sort of situation. Anyway, I heard something shouting out of agony, and then I saw a smoke like figure approaching me. It stopped right near my forehead. It wanted to enter my brain. I was so afraid of what it would do if it entered my brain. I was paralyzed. I couldn't move, and I couldn't cry for help. I forced myself to move and talk, and then I shouted to it "You can't enter my brain, I won't allow you!" and then little by little I felt less under its grip and dark energy. This experience was a combination of sleep paralysis and dark shadows all wrapped up in a vivid dream.

SourceProcrastination prevents people from being productive. Every individual have faced procrastination at some point in their lives. When you avoid doing something and delay it, you experience stress and anxiety. Also, you miss opportunities that might be life changing and change the course of your life. In addition to that, you fall into a perpetual cycle of unfulfilled goals. This is unpleasant.
