This is the day you don't want to skip because these muscles help your posture, giving you that "man I'm huge" vibe. 😝Of course, I don't even need to mention how useful it is to have strong back muscles if you spend whole days in front of a computer like I do.

I mean, I know why - because we can work on our two guns - left and right biceps. 💪But I found the triceps to be more important in the overall look of the arm. It's the more attractive muscle, in my opinion. 😉

Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!Ah, leg day, how I used to hate it. Now it's almost not my worst day at the gym. Especially if you're trying to lose weight like I am.Those big gluteus muscles and thighs spend so much energy, that it's really a no-brainer whether to do leg day or not.

I hate holiday season shopping, it's always so crowdy, everyone is so nervous and unpleasant.
