PEAK NOTIFICATIONS
Peak Notifications backend was created a while back as an opensource project by @peak.open
We are not the first project to integrate it. It's already been used by projects like Hive Keychain
However we have now integrated it, and have a simple but effective UI and it's wonderful
The old Hive notifications system is still the default on PeakD for now and you have to go to settings to turn on the new system
WHY?
You get notifications about many more hive transactions.
- Security aspects like if keys are changed, or vesting routes changed or even if there was a user profile change.
- You also have financial transactions notifications like transfers or delegations or actions in the internal market
And one of the biggest things is it's configurable you can turn on or off all 10 selections.
HOW TO USE?
- Go to Settings
https://peakd.com/me/settings/general - Enable the Peak Open Notifiactions
Click on CONFIGURE
You will see 10 options of what to enable.
