Give thanks for every new day...

...as we never know what our morrows hold in stock for all of us.

The day after the sun halo, and we were eagerly waiting for signs of rain.

Instead, we saw an avalanche of streaming clouds, that was pleasant to watch on the eyes of the beholders.

We need rain urgently, as our dam levels keep on dropping, and a sun halo in the sky gladdened our hearts, as it meant that rain was on its way. The strange cloud forms that you will see in here, were on the day after the halo's appearance, and sadly there was no rain yet. But of course, as usual, I took some shots of the views to show you. Some of these below looked like paintings, and the action was towards the north and the east in the sky.
Come and see.

To continue with the introduction, we are some of those that live day, by day, as we discard all of our yesterdays, in order to avoid dragging the burden of hurts, guilt, and regrets around with us. Yes, we do have to learn from our mistakes, as if one doesn't learn, then it will re-appear in some form or other. But we also know that there is no one in this life that has not made mistakes. So, it makes no sense to castigate the self with the if only I did this, or that, then it wouldn't have happened. This also involves not castigating others and rather being forgiving and understanding.

I call this photo below a cloud explosion.

As the photo above was at the launch of the cloud rocket below.

I am a bit emotional today, and maybe you might have noticed it in my writings, as my eldest daughter video called me to show me the snow in their country. It is -6C in their country, and although the snow was nice to see, I was shocked to see my girl's greying hair. The last time that I saw her and her family was before the Covid lockdown period here, as then they emigrated. Maybe some 8 years ago. Instead of feeling like a dumped old fart, we are very happy for them, as they are safe, and my grandkids have a promising future.
Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.
