My name is Yasin. I was born and grew up in one of the beautiful regions in Azerbaijan, Iran, named Binis. Coming to my father’s family Consisting of 5 members, My Mother and my sister both are a homemaker and My father was Retired from education office. my younger two brothers both are a civil engineer. About my own family, I got married in 2011 and have a child named Sevin.
In my wife case, she earned her Master’s degree in plant pathology from the Hamedan University of Buali Sina. I am sorry saying that she is currently unemployed.
Now, as for my own educational background, I completed my B.Sc. in Biology Science at the Razi University of Kermanshah, Iran in 1999 and doing My Master in Biochemistry at Tehran University of Payam-e- nor in January 2008. My Master thesis was about extraction of Influenza Virus Nucleoproteins from two separate cell cultures and characterizes them to design a new vaccine.
In late Fall of 2008, I moved to National Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (NIGEB) and Neuroscience Research Center of Shaheed Beheshti University, Iran as an assistant researcher. I was there until late summer of 2011. During my stay, I contributed to some projects including the transfer of Neurotrophic factors such as GDNF by Gene Transfer tools, Lentiviral vectors to Parkinsonian rat models and study their effects on improvement of signs. Also, optimizing GDNF content to alleviate symptoms. because extra GDNF causing poison effects.
In 2011, I passed the Ph.D. entrance exam of Ministry of Health and Medical Education, and subsequently, I moved to Zanjan University of Medical Sciences, where I graduated in 2016, in Molecular Medicine. My Ph.D. project involved the study of telomere length and Telomeric RNA transcript in Non-syndromic childhood Autism as a common neurodevelopmental disorder with high prevalence in human beings. [As you probably know] [Autism is a multifactorial disorder affecting about one out of every 68 children based on CDC reports. It is characterized by a social and communication challenge].
In that project, we measured Telomer length, where it’s shortening is one of the hallmarks of aging and oxidative stress outcome, and also measured the chromosome-specific Telomeric RNAs, known as long non-coding RNA transcripts originate from Telomere repeats, in both Autism and healthy control cases to compare and find a way to diagnosis this disorder before the onset of symptoms by designing a molecular biomarker.
[Telomeres are structures that protect the ends of DNA strands that make up our genomes. These structures are often compared to the plastic aglets at the end of shoelaces that prevent the laces from unraveling]

[long non-coding RNA molecules originate from the end of chromosomes consists of both telomeric and subtelomeric regions. The transcription is initiated in subtelomeric regions and proceeds in the centromere to telomere direction].

I hope this explanation about my own family and education background to be enough to introduce myself and my interesting subjects.
