We are requiring a logo to represent the brand. Right now, we do not have a primary color nor a shape for the logo. So, we do believe in the creativity of the designer.
I tried to be simple as possible since it's prior usage will be in an application and application logo should be recognizable as in notifications and other little sizes.
It's calculated based on golden ratio, it's total width / total height = phi, also the circles ratio is the same. It should be easy to see in a sqaure are with enough white space.
